Nous organisons dans notre domaine agricole des cours de cuisine, un moment privilégié en petit groupe.
We organize cooking classes, a special time in small groups, classes available en english language too.

Nous avons fait le choix de l'agritourisme permettant de vous faire découvrir notre savoir faire, les spécialités culinaires provençales réalisées avec des produits frais de qualité provenant en grande partie de notre exploitation ( verger, potager, petits fruits, et huile d'olive du domaine).
Nous vous proposons des recettes savoureuses, faciles à refaire chez vous.

We made the choice of agritourism to introduce you to our knowledge, the Provencal specialties made with fresh, quality products from a large part of our farm (orchard, garden, small fruits, and olive oil domain).

can't say enough about how magical our day was at Mas des Figues. Philippe is a superb host - he will teach you many things about cooking and about enjoying life. :) The grounds are magical and the Provencal cooking divine. After we stuffed ourselves with amazing food grown right on the grounds, we spent the afternoon in the pool overlooking the gardens and sculptural artwork. I took home some olive oil made with olives from the groves, and I can't wait to recreate the recipes we learned! Highly recommend! You can even stay at the chateau. :)


“Private cooking lesson   My husband and I stumbled upon this wonderful place in St. Remy through our Airbnb host. What a wonderful way to spend an afternoon on our honeymoon. We learned all about Provencal cooking and had a tour of the eclectic garden and grounds from our eccentric host, Philippe Michelot and his lovely wife Anne Marie. Our cooking lesson was very informative but not too laborious as Phillipe did much of the leg work. We had a wide variety of Provencal dishes (olive tapenade, hummus provencal style, caviare d'aubergene, basil pesto, fresh bread and veggies) leading up to our main dish of slow cooked veal in Philippe's signature stewed tomato soup/sauce. The conversations, wine and appetizers flowed freely and we ended the day with a seasonal fruit crumble and espresso overlooking their beautiful landscape. Almost all ingredients were from Philippe's garden, including his fantastic home made olive oil....you can feel his passion in everything, giving the experience that extra flare!Thank you Philippe and Anne-Marie...we will be back!Lisa & Tariqh
